Job Responsibilities:

Telecalling:

Make or receive calls to/from customers regarding various services, offers, or verifications.

Explain the purpose of the call clearly and answer customer queries patiently.

Follow a given script where needed and maintain professionalism at all times.

Data Entry:

Enter customer details, call logs, or verification data into spreadsheets or company portals accurately.

Update records on a daily basis to ensure the database remains up to date.

File Verification:

Review and verify digital documents provided by customers (e.g., ID proof, address proof, application forms).

Ensure all submitted data meets quality and accuracy standards.

Customer Support (optional depending on the role):

Handle basic customer service inquiries related to products or services.

Redirect complex queries to the appropriate department when necessary.

Reporting:

Submit daily or weekly reports of calls made, leads generated, and work completed.
Working Hours:

Part-time: 2 to 4 hours per day

Full-time: 5 to 7 hours per day

Shift Timings: Flexible – you can choose your preferred hours based on your availability.
