Job Description
We are searching for an engaged telecaller to boost sales by reaching out to current and possible clients. To this end, the telecaller will be required to obtain lists of individuals' information, and to source data for additional members of the target audience. You should also jot down important notes during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by our staff.
To be successful as a telecaller, you should be able to convince even the toughest of individuals to purchase our offerings. A remarkable telecaller will suggest ways in which clients' feedback can be utilized to improve our services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handling Customer Calls
- Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries or complaints.
- Provide accurate and complete information about the company's offerings.
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales or resolve issues.
2. Lead Generation & Sales (For Outbound Telecalling)
- Identify interested customers and convert them into sales leads.
- Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of the products/services.
- Persuade customers to purchase, subscribe, or sign up.
3. Customer Support & Query Resolution (For Inbound Calls)
- Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Assist customers with billing issues, service activations, cancellations, or complaints.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with clients.
4. Data Management & Documentation
- Maintain an updated database of customer information.
- Record customer interactions, feedback, and queries for future reference.
- Prepare daily reports on call performance and customer responses.
5. Adhering to Call Scripts & Company Policies
- Follow company call scripts and guidelines to ensure quality service.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy policies.
