Job Description
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team and contribute to our sales and customer service operations. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining products or services, answering questions, resolving concerns, and ultimately generating interest, leads, or direct sales depending on the campaign objectives.
This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, persistence, and the ability to handle customer objections professionally. It is ideal for individuals who are goal-driven and enjoy engaging with people.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling:

Make a specified number of calls per day to potential or existing customers using a prepared script.

Introduce products or services offered by the company in a persuasive and professional manner.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or past contacts.
2. Inbound Calling:

Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information regarding products, services, or offers.

Resolve customer queries and complaints courteously and efficiently.

Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken.
3. Lead Generation and Conversion:

Identify customer needs and provide information about the most suitable products or services.

Generate interest and secure appointments or direct sales where required.

Maintain a high conversion rate by effectively handling objections and convincing potential clients.
4. Data Management and Reporting:

Update the customer database with accurate and detailed information after each interaction.

Maintain call logs and records of successful and unsuccessful attempts.

Prepare daily/weekly call reports and submit them to the supervisor or team lead.
5. Customer Relationship Management:

Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service to encourage repeat business.

Collect feedback from customers and report any trends or concerns to management.

Maintain a polite and professional tone in all interactions to reflect the company's values.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Minimum high school diploma (12th pass). A degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Languages:

Fluency in English and at least one regional/local language (as per job location).

Additional language proficiency is an advantage.
