We are looking for enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply!
Job Summary:As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our services, generating leads, and handling customer inquiries. You will contribute to the growth of the company by promoting our offerings and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our services.
- Address client inquiries, provide information, and explain our offerings clearly.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior team members or sales representatives.
- Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database or CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to calls, leads, or sales.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns or queries promptly.
- Achieve and exceed performance goals such as conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Graduates preferred).
- For Freshers: No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and develop communication skills is essential.
- For Experienced Candidates: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or [local language].
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Comfortable working with targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or sales (for experienced candidates).
- Knowledge of IT/technology services is an advantage.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
