Job Description
Job Summary
We are hiring motivated and result-driven Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers or clients to explain products/services, generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and help convert prospects into sales or appointments.
The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle rejections professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling

Make daily outbound calls to potential or existing customers from the provided database.

Contact individuals to promote or explain the company’s products, services, or offerings.

Introduce the purpose of the call clearly and build interest in the conversation.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion
-
Generate leads or sales appointments for the field/sales team.

Share details of interested prospects with sales executives for follow-up.

Persuade potential customers by highlighting product features and benefits.
3. Follow-Up & Coordination
-
Follow up on leads, previous interactions, or missed calls as required.

Maintain a consistent communication pipeline with prospects through calls, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Ensure timely coordination with internal departments for handling inquiries.
4. Customer Interaction & Feedback

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions or complaints in a courteous manner.

Record customer feedback, concerns, or suggestions and share with the relevant department.

Ensure customer satisfaction through a polite and helpful communication approach.
5. Recordkeeping & Reporting
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, lead status, and outcomes in CRM/Excel.

Share daily/weekly calling reports with the team leader or manager.
-
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
