Job Description
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Answer inbound customer calls and handle inquiries.

Provide accurate information about the company’s products/services.

Maintain a database of customer information and update CRM systems.

Follow up with potential clients through calls or emails.

Resolve customer issues and escalate if necessary.
-
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

Handle customer objections and work towards achieving conversion.
-
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
-
Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in [Language(s) required – e.g., English, Hindi, Regional language].

Basic knowledge of computers and telephony systems.

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Good time management and organizational skills.
