Job Description

We have require telecaller for selling bank loans. We are providing fixed salary and incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling and Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to leads provided by the bank or through lead databases.
- Contact potential customers to explain loan products, offers, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
- Understand customer financial needs and suggest suitable loan options accordingly.
- Generate interest in loan products and schedule follow-ups or appointments for documentation or in-person meetings.
Product Promotion and Sales
- Promote various types of loan products, including personal loans, home loans, car loans, education loans, and business loans.
- Clearly communicate the benefits, interest rates, tenure, repayment terms, and required documentation for each loan type.
- Persuade and convince customers to apply for a loan product that fits their financial needs.
Customer Interaction and Relationship Building
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers by being courteous, professional, and responsive to inquiries.
- Answer questions related to loan eligibility, processing time, EMI calculations, and documentation.
- Follow up with customers who have shown interest or require further assistance in completing the loan application process.
Loan Application Support
- Guide customers through the application process, assisting with form filling, document submission, and eligibility checks.
- Coordinate with the backend loan processing team to ensure smooth application processing and approval.
- Keep customers updated on their application status and provide assistance with any required clarifications.
Database and Reporting
- Maintain accurate and updated records of calls made, leads generated, interested customers, and application progress.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call reports and share updates with the team leader or sales manager.
- Track performance against assigned targets and work towards achieving or exceeding sales goals.
