Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, promoting our products or services, and achieving sales or lead-generation targets. Key Responsibilities

Outbound & Inbound Calling
- Make outbound calls to potential customers for sales, promotions, or surveys.
- Handle inbound calls from customers for inquiries, complaints, or support.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone while speaking to customers.
Lead Generation & Sales Conversion
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.
- Persuade customers to buy, subscribe, or schedule appointments.
- Follow up with interested customers to close deals.
Customer Service & Query Resolution
- Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about company offerings.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by resolving issues promptly.
Data Entry & Record Keeping
- Update and maintain customer information in the database.
- Keep records of calls, interactions, and feedback.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on call performance and lead conversion.
Follow-up & Relationship Management
- Regularly follow up with potential clients to build long-term relationships.
- Work with the sales team to convert warm leads into loyal customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
