Job Description
Location: Surat, Gujarat
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team at Arham Share Pvt. Ltd. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining our financial products/services, and assisting clients with queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:-
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.

Explain company products/services (Equity, Mutual Funds, Insurance, etc.) clearly and effectively.

Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Maintain a positive relationship with clients to encourage long-term engagement.

Keep proper records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.

Collaborate with the sales/support team for smooth client servicing.

Minimum HSC / Graduate qualification.

Prior experience as a Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, or similar role preferred.

Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.

Basic knowledge of financial products (Equity, Mutual Funds, Insurance) will be an added advantage.

Strong convincing ability and customer service orientation.
