Arman Consultant is hiring a dedicated Telecaller for our Scoring Department to support our overseas recruitment process. The role involves calling shortlisted candidates, verifying documents, confirming job preferences, and updating scoring sheets. This position is key to ensuring accurate candidate evaluation before final client interviews.
Key Responsibilities:

Call candidates to verify personal and professional details

Confirm interest and availability for overseas opportunities (mainly in Saudi Arabia)

Coordinate with the recruitment and documentation teams

Maintain and update candidate scoring sheets accurately

Follow up with candidates on missing information or documents
Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English

Confident phone manner and ability to handle multiple calls daily

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)

Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage
