Position Overview:

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with customers, and promote products or services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, persuasive abilities, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about products/services.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.

2. Sales & Lead Generation

Promote and explain company products/services to customers.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain a record of customer interactions and follow up on leads.

3. Data Entry & Reporting

Maintain a database of customer information and call logs.
Update customer details, feedback, and sales reports in CRM software.
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

4. Relationship Building

Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
Follow up with potential customers to encourage repeat business.
