Introduction
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle calls professionally while explaining products or services effectively. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, answering inquiries, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.
This role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, building customer relationships, and working in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from the database or leads provided.

Introduce the company's products and services clearly and confidently.

Generate leads and convert them into sales by effectively pitching the products or services.

Handle customer objections positively and provide suitable solutions.
2. Inbound Call Handling
-
Attend incoming calls from customers and resolve their queries efficiently.

Provide detailed information about products, services, pricing, and policies.

Redirect calls to the appropriate department when necessary.
3. Customer Engagement
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by offering a positive call experience.
4. Product & Service Promotion
-
Explain products and services in a clear, professional, and convincing manner.

Conduct persuasive communication to increase customer interest.

Share information about promotions, discounts, and offers with potential customers.
5. Data Management & Reporting
-
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the database.

Update the CRM system regularly with follow-up details and lead status.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call performance and conversions.
6. Achieving Targets

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead-generation targets.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure conversion of quality leads.

Consistently improve performance to achieve individual and team goals.
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Communication Skills

Strong command of English and regional languages (Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, or Hindi depending on client needs).

Ability to explain complex information in a simple and persuasive manner.

Active listening skills to understand customer needs.
2. Sales & Negotiation Skills

Ability to convince customers and close deals successfully.

Confidence to handle objections and convert queries into sales opportunities.
