Job Overview
We are hiring an energetic, confident, and goal-driven Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) over phone calls to promote our premium services or products. The company provides complete support including verified data, laptop, SIM card, and calling tools — allowing you to focus on building meaningful conversations, converting leads, and nurturing client relationships.
This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a commitment to professional customer service. Prior experience with HNI clientele or premium product segments is preferred, but motivated freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling to HNI Leads

Make outbound calls to HNI leads provided by the company.

Introduce the company’s premium products/services clearly and confidently.

Establish a connection, understand client interests, and handle initial objections professionally.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Building
-
Build trust with HNI clients by speaking confidently, respectfully, and knowledgeably.

Understand their preferences, lifestyles, or investment needs (depending on the product/service).

Develop long-term engagement strategies to retain interest and build loyalty.
3. Lead Conversion & Follow-up
-
Convert interested leads into confirmed meetings, appointments, or direct sales (as per target).

Follow up consistently through phone, WhatsApp, or email to move leads down the sales funnel.

Maintain an updated calling status, feedback, and appointment notes in CRM or call sheets.
4. Target Achievement

Work towards weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.

Achieve daily call numbers, talk time, and conversion rates as set by the team leader.

Maximize earnings through incentive-based performance.
5. Reporting & CRM Management

Accurately update client interaction records in company software or Excel sheets.

Share daily/weekly reports of call status, hot leads, closures, and appointments with the manager.

Track customer feedback and report potential issues to supervisors.
Company Support Provided

Verified lead data (no cold data or random numbers).

Laptop, SIM card, and any required software or CRM access.

Training sessions for product knowledge, communication etiquette, and objection handling.

Ongoing support from team leads and trainers.

Required Qualifications

Education:

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.

Fluent in English and Hindi.

Additional regional language proficiency is an advantage (e.g., Gujarati, Tamil, Marathi, etc.).
