We are Looking for telecaller for our company
Basic English 
Basic computer knowledge 
Good communication skill
Handle customer problem and solve query
Preferred language Hindi-Gujarati-Marathi-Tamil-Telugu-Kannada-Rajasthani-Punjabi-Bengali

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling

  • Call prospective customers from provided databases or leads.

  • Explain the company's products or services clearly and persuasively.

  • Convince potential customers to engage in a sale, schedule a meeting, or request a demo.

  • Follow predefined scripts while also tailoring the conversation based on customer responses.

2. Inbound Call Handling

  • Receive and manage incoming calls from existing or prospective clients.

  • Resolve customer queries, provide relevant product or service information, and address complaints.

  • Ensure professional, courteous, and timely responses to all inquiries.

3. Lead Generation and Follow-up

  • Identify customer interest and capture relevant details for sales leads.

  • Schedule follow-up calls for interested prospects and maintain timely communication.

  • Track and update lead status in CRM systems or call logs.

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation or conversion targets.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through consistent communication.

  • Ensure customers feel valued and supported at every interaction.

  • Take initiative to go the extra mile in customer service and engagement.

5. Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and updated records of calls made, lead status, outcomes, and remarks.

  • Record feedback from customers and report any issues or insights to supervisors.

  • Prepare daily or weekly reports summarizing calls, conversions, and challenges faced.

6. Sales Support (If Applicable)

  • Support the field sales team by booking appointments and qualifying leads.

  • Provide information about current promotions, offers, and new products.

  • Assist in post-sale processes such as payment follow-up, documentation, or customer onboarding.
