Job Description
Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a convincing personality, and the ability to engage customers over the phone. The role involves making outbound calls, generating leads, promoting products/services, and maintaining good customer relationships to achieve sales and business targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling & Lead Generation

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers from the provided database.

Explain products, services, features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.

Generate interest and convert inquiries into qualified leads.
2. Customer Relationship Management

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Follow up regularly to convert leads into sales.
3. Sales & Target Achievement

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

Use persuasive communication techniques to maximize conversions.

Promote offers, discounts, and schemes effectively to customers.
4. Database & Reporting

Maintain an updated record of calls, leads, and conversions.

Report daily activity, performance, and customer feedback to the team leader.

Ensure accurate data entry in CRM or Excel sheets as per company guidelines.
Skills & Competencies
-
Excellent verbal communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional Language].

Convincing and persuasive personality.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software.

Ability to handle pressure and work towards daily targets.
