Job Title: Telecaller
Job Location: Ghatkopar West
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly,
motivated, and professional Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via
phone, providing information about our products/services, addressing queries,
and assisting with any customer-related issues. If you're passionate about
customer service and have excellent communication skills, we would love to have
you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce and promote the company products and services.
- Answer questions and provide information regarding products, services, or policies.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the database.
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly call statistics.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales or service targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and with patience.
