Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
- Explain technical services to clients confidently and accurately.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Schedule meetings, demos, or follow-ups for the field sales or business development team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead status in CRM or tracking sheets.
- Follow up with clients for quotations, proposals, and closure updates.
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
- Provide feedback from customers to improve product offerings and communication.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in tele calling, inside sales, or technical support (preferred).
- Basic understanding of technical Service (IT/Engineering/Electrical/Energy/Software – as relevant).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to learn technical details quickly and explain them to non-technical customers.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/CRM software is an added advantage.
- Fluency in English and regional languages (as required).

Education
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred )
