Job Description

Dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our MBBS admission consultancy team. The candidate will be responsible for handling student/parent inquiries, providing information about MBBS admission (India & Abroad), and guiding them through the admission process.
Must have - 1. Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English2. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents and handle incoming inquiries.Provide detailed information about MBBS admission, universities, eligibility, fees, and procedures.Convert leads into admissions by building trust and explaining services effectively.Achieve daily/weekly call and admission targets.Coordinate with the counseling/admission team for smooth student onboarding.Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or sales (preferred).
