Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.

  • Handle inbound calls, respond to customer queries, and resolve complaints efficiently.

  • Conduct cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups.

  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and feedback using CRM software or spreadsheets.

  • Provide detailed and accurate information about products/services.

  • Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and conversion goals.

  • Schedule appointments or product demonstrations where necessary.

  • Collaborate with the sales or marketing team to improve campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language

  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills

  • Ability to handle rejection and objections confidently

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

  • Good time management and organizational skills

  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Qualifications:

  • Minimum [High School / Graduate] education

  • Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer service is a plus

  • Fresher with good communication skills may also apply
