Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.

Handle inbound calls, respond to customer queries, and resolve complaints efficiently.

Conduct cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups.

Maintain records of calls, leads, and feedback using CRM software or spreadsheets.

Provide detailed and accurate information about products/services.

Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and conversion goals.

Schedule appointments or product demonstrations where necessary.

Collaborate with the sales or marketing team to improve campaign effectiveness.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language

Strong interpersonal and listening skills

Ability to handle rejection and objections confidently

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

Good time management and organizational skills

Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Minimum [High School / Graduate] education

Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer service is a plus
