Job Description
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services, answer queries, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate call records. This role is key to generating interest, setting appointments, closing deals, or collecting feedback, depending on the organization's objectives.
An ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner, and the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure. The Telecaller should be goal-oriented, disciplined, and willing to learn about the products or services in order to represent them accurately to customers.
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
