Job Title: Telecaller - Loan Services
Location: Swargate, Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our loan services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote and explain loan products, handle inquiries, and support the loan application process. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call existing and potential customers to inform them about loan products (personal loans, home loans, business loans, etc.)
· Explain eligibility, interest rates, EMI options, and loan procedures clearly and professionally
· Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate loan recommendations
· Assist customers with loan applications, document collection, and status updates
· Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions in CRM software
· Follow up with leads regularly to ensure timely conversion and customer satisfaction
· Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for outbound calls and loan leads
· Handle objections and queries in a polite, effective manner
· Coordinate with the sales team, loan officers, or branch staff as needed
Requirements
· Education: Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline
· Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in a banking, finance, or NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) environment
· Strong verbal communication skills in [languages, e.g., English, Hindi, local language]
· Basic knowledge of loan products and financial services is a plus
· Comfortable using computers, CRM tools, and telephone systems
Good sales attitude, persistence, and goal-oriented approach
