Job Description

We are hiring female candidates for our banking process credit card selling. Fixed salary with pf and esic and huge incentive. Minimum qualification required. Interested candidates contact us. Freshers also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling – Sales Focus (Loans/Credit Cards):

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote banking products such as:
- Personal Loans
- Credit Cards
- Savings Accounts
- Fixed Deposits or Recurring Deposits
Explain product benefits, features, interest rates, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
Follow up with leads for application status or document submission.
Book appointments for Relationship Managers or field executives where required.

2. Inbound Calling – Customer Support (Banking Queries):

Answer inbound calls from customers regarding their bank accounts, debit cards, net banking, or transactions.
Provide accurate and timely information or redirect the call to the appropriate department.
Assist customers in understanding statements, account balances, charges, or service requests.
Handle complaints, feedback, or service issues politely and professionally.

3. Collections and Payment Follow-Up (If Assigned):

Call customers with overdue payments on loans or credit cards.
Remind them about due dates and help them with payment options.
Escalate cases where recovery is difficult, ensuring professionalism and compliance.

4. Lead Generation and Data Management:

Collect and update customer details correctly during calls.
Enter call logs, customer feedback, lead status, and remarks into CRM software.
Maintain and manage calling databases as per guidelines.

5. Compliance and Process Adherence:

Follow banking regulations, internal process scripts, and quality standards during calls.
Ensure customer confidentiality and data protection as per RBI and company norms.
Avoid misleading communication and ensure full transparency in financial product promotion.
