Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, promote products/services, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with customers.

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making calls, following up with potential customers, handling queries, and closing sales when required.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Outbound & Inbound Calls:

  • Make cold calls, follow-up calls, and sales calls to potential customers.
  • Answer incoming customer queries and provide necessary information.

✅ Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Explain products/services, offer solutions, and persuade customers.
  • Generate leads, set up appointments, and pass qualified leads to the sales team.

✅ Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain a polite and professional attitude while handling customers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

✅ Data Entry & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate call records and update customer details in the system.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly call reports to the manager.

✅ Follow-Up & Target Achievement:

  • Follow up with potential leads to convert them into customers.
  • Meet sales targets and performance goals set by the company.
