Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to make calls to potential or existing customers. The role involves promoting products or services, generating leads, providing customer support, and gathering information. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a target-oriented mindset.
1. Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential donors using provided contact lists.2. Relationship Building: Build rapport with donors by explaining the purpose and impact of donations. Address donor concerns and queries regarding the organization.
3.Fundraising & Persuasion: Convince individuals or businesses to make donations.
4. Data Management: Accurately record donor details, pledged amounts, and payment methods.
Required Skills & Competencies
A. Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office, and call management tools.

Ability to document calls, leads, and follow-ups accurately.
B. Soft Skills

Excellent communication and persuasive skills.

Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.

CHF bridges this gap by providing financial assistance for heart treatments and emotional support throughout the healing journey. The COVID-19 pandemic intensified these challenges, causing job losses and worsening health conditions for children with CHD. During these tough times, CHF has remained steadfast in its mission to offer life-saving care and bring hope to families in need, ensuring that no child is denied treatment due to lack of funds.
