Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our products and services, answer inquiries, and resolve complaints. You will play a key role in achieving our sales targets and building customer relationships.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or related field is a plus
Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Patience and ability to manage customer rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
