Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Making Outbound Calls:
Contacting potential clients or existing customers to provide information about products or services.
Promoting and explaining the features of products/services to prospects.
Handling Inbound Calls:
Responding to customer inquiries, offering assistance, and resolving queries.
Processing orders or service requests from customers.
Sales and Lead Generation:
Identifying and generating new leads through cold calling or follow-up calls.
Attempting to convert inquiries into sales or appointments.
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Updating and maintaining customer databases and CRM systems with accurate details.
Recording customer interactions and sales activities.
Achieving Sales Targets:
Meeting or exceeding sales or call goals as set by management.
Upselling or cross-selling products or services based on customer needs.
Customer Relationship Management:
Building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers.
Handling customer objections and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
Reporting and Feedback:
Providing regular updates on call outcomes, sales, or customer feedback to supervisors.
Reporting any challenges or issues faced during calls to the management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
Persuasion and Negotiation Skills:
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers to drive sales.
Sales Orientation:
Target-driven attitude with an enthusiasm for achieving sales goals.
Customer Service Skills:
Patience and empathy while dealing with customers.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to address customer concerns effectively and provide quick solutions.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
Experience:
Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
