Good communication skills, Excellent in English

Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
Handling client enquiry and complaints
Collecting feedbacks from client
Should have basic knowledge of computer
Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required
Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.
Solve inquiry of leads.
Qualification/ education: - Any Graduate/ diploma
Fresher and experience both can apply.
