Job Overview
We are looking for a Telecaller with good computer knowledge to handle customer calls, provide support, and assist clients through a help desk system. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office. Freshers with an RSCIT certification are welcome to apply!
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Support & Call Handling
- Make outbound and inbound calls to assist customers.
- Provide information, guidance, and support related to services/products.
- Handle customer queries and escalate issues to relevant departments if needed.
2. Help Desk & Documentation
- Maintain and update customer call records in Excel sheets.
- Ensure accurate data entry and tracking of issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
3. Computer & MS Office Work
- Use MS Excel, Word, and Outlook for documentation and reporting.
- Monitor call performance and maintain reports.
- Work with CRM software or help desk tools (training will be provided).
4. Communication & Team Coordination
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support operations.
- Keep updated with company policies and service updates.
