We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, converting leads, and providing information about our products or services to potential and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:-
Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about products and services.

Handle inbound inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of conversations.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Address customer questions, complaints, or concerns in a timely manner.

Update customer database with details of interactions.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to enhance results.
Strong verbal communication skills in English and local/regional language(s).

Ability to engage customers effectively and handle objections calmly and confidently.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.

Quick learner with a polite, persuasive, and professional phone demeanor.

Time management and multitasking skills to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.

Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.
