Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecaller to join our growing team. This role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining products or services, and assisting customers with their queries in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make and receive calls to/from customers.
• Provide product/service information to potential and existing clients.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines.
• Work closely with the sales/support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
• Basic proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle calls efficiently and professionally.
• Willingness to learn; training will be provided.
Communication Skills:

Clear, polite, and professional telephone etiquette.

Fluent in English and/or local languages as required.

Good listening skills and ability to convey information effectively.
Technical Skills:

Basic computer knowledge to use CRM software, MS Office, and telecalling tools.

Ability to learn new software quickly.
