Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products or services, gather customer information, and generate sales leads.
This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle rejection professionally. The Telecaller will play a vital role in creating a positive brand image and contributing to the company’s sales and customer engagement goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling

Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers using provided leads or databases.

Inform customers about products, offers, or services clearly and persuasively.

Generate interest and qualify leads for the sales team.
2. Customer Engagement

Handle customer queries, provide product information, and resolve basic concerns.

Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team or concerned departments.

Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all conversations.
3. Data Management

Accurately update customer details, call outcomes, and follow-up actions in the CRM system or call logs.

Track leads and call statuses to ensure timely follow-up and closure.
4. Feedback Collection

Collect customer feedback and report common objections or product-related issues to the marketing or sales teams.

Suggest improvements based on customer responses.
5. Team Collaboration

Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to align on customer outreach strategies.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and calling skills.
