Job Description
We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our client teams across India. As a telecaller, your role is to handle outbound/inbound calls, explain services/products, and follow up with leads and customers.
Key Responsibilities:-
Make outbound calls to customers/leads from the provided database.

Handle inbound queries politely and professionally.

Explain products/services clearly to potential customers.

Maintain call logs and update CRM (if applicable).

Follow up with interested leads.

Achieve daily/weekly targets as assigned.

Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th / Any Graduate.

Good communication skills in Hindi, English, or any regional language.

Basic computer or mobile app handling skills.

Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome.

Confidence on calls and fluency in speech.

Basic sales or BPO experience (preferred but not mandatory).

Able to work from office or remotely, depending on location.

Flexible shifts available: Morning / Afternoon / Evening.

Sunday fixed off (varies by client).
