We are into Debt collection services, located in Thane, Mumbai Looking for Telecaller to handle the calling process for Bank and NBFC.

- Capable to read basic English and love to communicate over phone.
- Who can handle Customer negotiations.
- Good communication skills.
- Must have basic computer Knowledge.
- Targets oriented Mindset.
- Experience will be the additional benefit.
- Candidate with to do Attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling
-
Call potential or existing customers to inform them about banking and NBFC products such as personal loans, business loans, credit cards, or insurance.

Generate leads and fix appointments for field executives or loan officers.
-
Follow up with interested customers for documentation, approvals, or queries.
-
Explain product features, eligibility, and process in a clear and persuasive manner.
2. Inbound Call Handling
-
Attend incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding banking services, loan status, EMI dates, or general account-related issues.

Provide guidance or transfer calls to relevant departments if needed.
3. Collection Support (If applicable)
-
Call customers for EMI reminders and overdue payment follow-ups.
-
Negotiate and persuade customers to make timely payments or resolve pending dues.
-
Update payment commitments or reasons for delays in the system.
4. Documentation & System Updates
-
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and customer details in CRM or software.
-
Ensure timely updating of lead status, feedback, and follow-up notes.
-
Coordinate with field sales/collection staff for on-ground support or document pickups.
