Job Description

DekhoCampus is looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, guiding them through our platform’s offerings, and assisting them in making informed decisions about their educational choices.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and their families to provide information about college search, courses, and exams through our platform.
Follow up on leads and maintain communication with prospective students to answer queries.
Assist students in understanding their academic and career goals while promoting the services of DekhoCampus.
Update the CRM system with student information and interactions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to lead generation and follow-ups.
Maintain a professional tone and approach during all communications.
Handle and resolve inquiries and concerns effectively and in a timely manner.
