We are looking for a motivated and skilled Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, promoting our services, and maintaining positive client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and a knack for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:-
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.

Provide information about products or services and address client inquiries.

Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Maintain detailed records of calls and update CRM software with relevant information.

Follow up with potential clients to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets.

Collaborate with team members to improve the effectiveness of calling campaigns.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong ability to build rapport with customers.

Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.

Prior experience in a telecalling or customer service role is a plus.
