Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling

Call prospective or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts provided.

Persuade customers to take interest, schedule a visit, or make a purchase.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
2. Customer Engagement

Handle inbound calls professionally and provide accurate information.

Clarify customer doubts and address any objections they may have.

Maintain a polite and professional tone at all times.
3. Lead Management

Collect customer information, verify contact details, and update databases.

Record call details, lead status, and customer feedback in CRM or Excel sheets.

Generate reports on daily call activities and outcomes.
4. Target Achievement

Work toward daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Maintain high call volumes and demonstrate persistence in follow-ups.

Coordinate with sales or field teams for lead closure.
5. Team Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, sales, or support teams to ensure lead quality and handover.

Participate in training and team meetings to improve performance and product knowledge.
