Job Overview:
We are looking for a Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, communicate with customers, and generate leads or sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-friendly approach, and the ability to handle queries efficiently.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads.
Promote real estate services, projects, and properties.
Provide details on property features, pricing, and availability.
Address customer inquiries and concerns accurately.
Schedule property visits and follow up with interested clients.
Maintain and update client database and CRM records.
Assist the sales team in achieving targets and closing deals.
Stay informed about real estate market trends and competitors.
Ensure excellent customer service and build client relationships.
Follow up with customers to nurture leads and resolve queries.
Maintain professionalism, adhere to policies, and uphold ethical standards.
Skills:
✅ Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages.
✅ Persuasive and negotiation skills to close deals.
✅ Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
✅ Knowledge of CRM software and basic computer skills (preferred but not mandatory).
