Work Location: Airoli ,Rabale and Thane .
Day Shifts
- Outbound Calls: Making calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products or services, generate leads, and promote sales.
- Inbound Calls: Handling incoming calls from customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and complaints, and providing support.
- Product Knowledge: Understanding the features, benefits, and pricing of the products or services offered to effectively communicate with customers.
- Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers through phone conversations and gathering necessary information to convert them into leads.
- Sales Support: Persuading customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, or take other desired actions.
- Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in a CRM or database.
- Reporting: Providing regular updates to supervisors or team leads on call activity, sales progress, and customer feedback.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and clear articulation are crucial for effective interaction with customers.
- Persuasion and Negotiation: The ability to influence customers, address objections, and close sales deals through phone conversations.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly identifying and resolving customer issues, providing appropriate solutions, and escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport with customers, maintaining a positive attitude, and demonstrating empathy are important for creating a positive customer experience.
- Time Management: Effectively managing a high volume of calls, prioritizing tasks, and meeting daily or weekly targets.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other tools used to manage customer data and track interactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is often preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
