Job Description

As a telecaller at DVA MARTNET LIMITED, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products and services. Your role will involve utilizing your skill in effective communication, sales strategy, sales management, sales force, inside Sales, Bengali proficiency (spoken), and Hindi proficiency (spoken) to drive sales and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound & Inbound Calls: Make calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services or address inquiries.

  • Lead Generation & Follow-up: Identify potential customers, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into sales.

  • Customer Support: Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain a database of customer details, interactions, and call logs.

  • Sales & Upselling: Pitch relevant products/services and achieve sales targets.

  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve services and report issues to the team.

Skills:

  • Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and Bengali is required).

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
