Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Making Outbound Calls:
Call potential customers to promote the company's products or services.
Follow up with leads and prospective clients to generate interest and close sales.
Provide information about products/services and answer customer inquiries.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead-generation targets.
Handling Inbound Calls:
Receive calls from customers or prospects, answering questions and addressing concerns related to products, services, or any ongoing promotions.
Provide exceptional customer service by listening actively and resolving queries efficiently.
Upsell or cross-sell products based on the customer’s needs.
Lead Generation and Sales:
Qualify leads and identify potential customers based on given criteria (e.g., industry, location, buying capacity).
Set appointments for the sales team or attempt to close the sale directly with the customer.
Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Promote offers, discounts, and new products to customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Follow up with existing clients for repeat business, feedback, and satisfaction.
Address complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide product recommendations or solutions to meet customer needs.
Data Entry and Reporting:
Maintain accurate customer data, call logs, and sales reports.
Update customer information in the system, including contact details, preferences, and past interactions.
Provide feedback and reports to management regarding call outcomes, challenges, and customer preferences.
Sales Targets and KPIs:
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, lead generation quotas, or customer satisfaction benchmarks.
Consistently achieve performance metrics such as call volume, sales conversions, or customer feedback ratings.
Promotions and Campaigns:
Promote marketing campaigns, special offers, and product launches.
Participate in special promotional activities or events to generate leads and increase sales.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations while interacting with customers.
Follow scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality in customer interactions.
Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality regulations.
