We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, assisting them with inquiries, and promoting our products/services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage and build relationships with customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads or promote products/services.

Answer inbound calls and provide information on products/services.

Qualify leads and identify customer needs to ensure the right solutions are offered.

Maintain a thorough understanding of company products/services to respond effectively to customer inquiries.

Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.

Schedule appointments or product demonstrations based on customer interest.

Follow up with potential customers to close sales and ensure satisfaction.

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during customer interactions.
Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems).

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
