## Job Summary: We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team in Pune. As a Telecaller, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and building relationships with clients. Additionally, you'll be required to create quotations and proposals for our products/services.
## Key Responsibilities:
1. *Telecalling*: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads, promote products/services, and build relationships.
2. *Lead Generation*: Identify and qualify potential customers, and pass on leads to the sales team.
3. *Quotation Making*: Create accurate and professional quotations and proposals for customers based on their requirements.
4. *Customer Relationship Management*: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, respond to their queries, and resolve issues.
5. *Data Entry*: Update customer information, call logs, and sales data in our CRM system.
## Requirements:
1. *Excellent Communication Skills*: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English/Hindi/Marathi.
2. *Sales Experience*: Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred.
3. *Quotation Making*: Basic knowledge of quotation making and proposal writing.
4. *CRM Software*: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
5. *Result-Oriented*: Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
