Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, or provide information.
Maintain customer records by updating databases and recording call outcomes.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines when handling different topics.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling

Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers using the company’s leads database.

Introduce the company’s products or services and explain their features, benefits, and pricing.

Convince potential customers to make inquiries, book appointments, or make purchases (depending on campaign goals).

Record detailed information about customer responses and feedback.
2. Inbound Call Handling
-
Answer incoming calls from existing or potential customers and respond to their questions and concerns.

Provide accurate information regarding product features, order status, offers, and other related services.

Resolve customer queries or route calls to appropriate departments as necessary.
3. Lead Generation and Follow-up
-
Identify prospects and gather necessary information to qualify leads.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, or referrals.

Maintain consistent and professional follow-up with customers to increase conversion rates.
4. Customer Service and Relationship Building
-
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a courteous, friendly tone in all interactions.

Listen actively to customers, empathize with their concerns, and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
5. Database Management and Reporting
-
Update and maintain customer records in the CRM or telecalling software.

Log every interaction accurately including the outcome of the call and any follow-up needed.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls made, conversions, feedback received, and other metrics.
6. Meeting Sales/Communication Targets

Work to meet individual and team calling or sales targets set by the supervisor.

Collaborate with other telecallers and sales executives to ensure overall team performance.

Participate in training sessions, meetings, and performance reviews to enhance skills and productivity.
