A Telecaller is a professional responsible for initiating and receiving telephone calls to promote products or services, manage customer queries, and maintain customer satisfaction. Telecallers are essential in various industries such as banking, insurance, real estate, education, e-commerce, and telecom. Their main goal is to reach out to potential and existing customers via phone calls, provide information, resolve issues, and persuade customers to make purchases or use services.

This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, product knowledge, and the ability to handle different types of customers effectively.

Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Minimum Requirement:
