Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling:

Make outgoing calls to prospective customers from a provided database or leads list.

Explain the product or service clearly and convincingly.

Generate interest, answer questions, and address customer concerns.

Schedule meetings, demos, or follow-up calls for the sales team as needed.

Persuade customers to take action—such as making a purchase, booking an appointment, or attending an event.
2. Inbound Call Handling:

Attend calls from customers who have queries about services, products, pricing, or support.

Offer quick resolutions and route queries to the appropriate departments.

Maintain calm and professionalism even during stressful interactions.
3. Lead Management:

Identify potential leads and qualify them based on interest and eligibility.

Update the status of calls and outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets.

Follow up with interested leads consistently to convert them into customers.
4. Customer Support & Retention:

Maintain strong and positive relationships with existing clients.

Help with reminders for renewals, follow-up calls, or repeat business opportunities.

Collect feedback and relay it to the appropriate team for service improvement.
5. Reporting & Documentation:

Keep accurate records of every call made and received, along with outcomes.

Submit daily, weekly, or monthly call reports to supervisors or managers.

Ensure data entry is error-free and up to date.
