Job Title: Telecaller
Job Description:
• Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote the company’s financial products and services.
• Handling inbound queries and providing necessary information about loans, insurance, equity, and other financial services.
• Maintaining a database of customer interactions and updating records accurately.
• Following up with potential customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly call targets as set by the management.
• Handling customer objections and providing appropriate solutions to convert inquiries into sales.
• Coordinating with the sales team to enhance lead conversion.
Key Skills:
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Ability to persuade and convince potential clients effectively.
• Good listening skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Target Industry: Open
Mandatory: Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Gender: Female candidates only
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Job Location: Thane
Working Days: 6 days a week (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
Qualification: Graduate
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Relocation Candidates: No
