• Connecting with the relevant individuals (as per defined database) to brief them on upcoming conferences, sessions, etc.
• Only work on business to business campaign for the IT market place
• Guide and help the participants in the process like registering, logging-in on the portal by carrying out the intelligent conversation, sharing appropriate information with registrants
• Maintaining and analyzing reports of discussions and call history
Requirements
Candidates Profile:
Freshers and Experienced Both are Welcome
Good English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound & Inbound Calling:
-
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.

Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve their queries or redirect them appropriately.

Follow up with interested leads or existing customers to ensure engagement and conversion.
2. Lead Generation & Sales Support:
-
Explain product or service features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
-
Generate qualified leads for the sales team or close simple sales over the phone.
-
Maintain a database of customers and leads in the CRM or tracking system.
-
Schedule appointments or product demos when needed.
3. Customer Service & Relationship Building:
-
Handle customer complaints or issues with a calm and helpful attitude.
-
Record customer information, conversations, and feedback accurately.
-
Provide after-sales support and gather customer satisfaction feedback when required.
4. Targets & Performance:
-
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
-
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
-
Maintain quality standards and follow scripts or call guidelines provided by the company.
