Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our dynamic real estate team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and providing them with relevant property details to drive sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of real estate offerings, and the ability to engage clients effectively.
● Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls and follow-up calls. Qualify leads and convert them into potential sales.
● Customer Engagement: Provide clients with detailed information about available properties, pricing, project updates, and other real estate offerings.
● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns regarding properties or processes.
● Database Management: Maintain an updated database of potential clients, their requirements, and follow up regularly.
● Sales Support: Assist in setting up meetings between potential buyers and sales team or management. Ensure clients receive all necessary documents and property information.
● Market Research: Stay up-to-date with current property trends, new listings, and competitive offerings in the real estate market to offer clients the best options.
Achieving Targets: Meet monthly or quarterly lead generation, conversion, and revenue goals set by the company
