Job Description
1. Responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing consumers in order to promote our product.
2. Convince the client to schedule Demo for the product
3. Maintaining and updating records of calls and demos booked
4. Taking feedback from the clients about the product demo
5. Scheduling, Booking, Coordination (Cancel/Reschedule) of demos with Technicians/ Clients/ Sales team.
6. Payment Follow up : Follow up with clients for release of overdue payment. Maintaining and updating the records of payment defaulters/ payment received in the system.
7. Miscellaneous tasks: Providing Sales Data, Salon information, Demo Data, (Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis) addressing issues regarding Demo, customer complaint, etc.
8. Looking for candidates in and around Bhandup.
