Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:
Make daily outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products, explain services, or conduct follow-ups as per scripts or campaign requirements. -
Inbound Call Handling:
Answer incoming calls from customers to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, or guide them regarding company offerings. -
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential leads based on call conversations. Forward interested customers to the sales team or schedule meetings for field representatives. -
Customer Engagement:
Provide information about the company's products, pricing, offers, and services. Address queries and resolve concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. -
Follow-up & Conversion:
Maintain regular follow-up with leads through phone calls, emails, or messages. Encourage conversions by offering timely solutions and building trust. -
CRM Data Entry:
Accurately record customer information, feedback, and call outcomes in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or spreadsheets. -
Meeting Targets:
Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly call quotas, sales goals, or customer engagement targets as set by the team leader or manager. -
Feedback Collection:
Conduct post-service or post-sale calls to gather customer feedback and improve service quality. -
Script Adherence:
Follow pre-defined call scripts and speaking points while customizing communication to suit individual customer needs and behavior. -
Team Collaboration:
Work with sales, marketing, or customer service teams to coordinate efforts and report insights from customer interactions.
